The complainant alleged that Porel had promised to marry her and that they were in a relationship for several years. However, she claims that the cricketer later distanced himself and refused to fulfill his promise. The complaint also includes allegations of threats and physical assault. Meanwhile, Abhishek Porel has denied all the allegations. The young cricketer said that he has not yet been contacted by the police and believes he is being targeted because of his growing success in cricket.
